* In order to receive the reduced fee, students must submit a letter of support from their academic supervisor confirming their student status

*** Those who wish to attend the congress on a particular day, please select one-day attendance. However please note, that “one day attendance” registration includes: all the documents of ECCB congress, participation at all the sessions of the day, coffee breaks; but will not be allowed to make any kind of presentation. Please also note that separate registration is required for evening activities.
Non-High Income Country is any country not listed on the High-Income countries’s list created by World Bank (valid from 1st July 2008). Please consult the “World Bank table of High-Income countries” below.
Registration fee includes:
- attendance to all scientific sessions
- congress official documentation
- congress bag with complete congress materials
- book of abstracts
- coffee breaks
- admission to the Welcome Reception on 1st September 2009
- admission to Barbeque Party on 4th September 2009
- carbon fee
Registration fee does not include:
- lunches
- accommodation
- tickets for additional programme and social evenings
- transfers
Accompanying persons’ registration fee covers:
- admission to the Welcome Reception on 1st September 2009
- admission to Barbeque Party on 4th September 2009
- one full/day tour to be chosen from three options
- special badge and bag
Accompanying persons will be offered 3 different full-day tours on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Each accompanying person can choose one of these tours free of charge; other tour options for accompanying persons are available at additional cost. Advance reservation is highly required. Please note: Accompanying persons will not be admitted to the scientific sessions.
Lunches
The following lunch options are available:
- Lunch in students' hall (see menu in PDF): 8 EURO person/day
- Box lunch: 8 EURO person/day
- Buffee lunch: 16 EURO person/day
Please note: In case of a vigorous concert of the buffee lunch, the buffee lunch will be placed in the near hotel Galaxie (max. 10 minutes by walk from the congress hall). Lunch boxes have to be ordered in advance. The Box lunch is less ecofriendly than the lunch in students' hall.
